This is not a Proxy Statement. Residential and sole proprietorship business customers cannot use this form.


Please ensure that completed forms are returned with your REQUEST FOR BALLOT. If you are voting at the Annual Meeting, you can drop them off at any of the BEK Offices before June 12, 2025 or present them during check-in at the Annual Meeting.
