You’re Invited to the BEK Communications Cooperative 73rd Annual Meeting!
Mark your calendar and make plans to join us for the BEK Communications Cooperative 73rd Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 12, 2025. We are excited to announce that this year’s meeting will be held at a new location:
Kramer’s Blue Room | 622 Main Street, Strasburg, ND
As a valued member of BEK Communications Cooperative, your participation in the Annual Meeting is vital. Your voice matters, and this is your opportunity to stay informed about the cooperative’s progress, vote in the election of board members, and help shape the future of our organization.
This year, all members will automatically receive a ballot—there is no need to submit a ballot request. However, we do ask that you let us know how you would like to receive your Annual Meeting ballot and election materials. You can choose either an Electronic Ballot or a Mail-In Ballot.
Submitting your ballot delivery preference is easy:
- Online: Visit www.bek.coop/coop/annualmeeting/
- Phone: Call us at 701-475-2361 to speak with a friendly Customer Service Representative.
Please note that your ballot delivery choice will remain the same for future Annual Meetings unless you contact us to make a change.
While casting your vote is important, we encourage you to attend the Annual Meeting in person. It’s a great chance to connect with fellow members, meet BEK team members, and stay informed about cooperative updates and initiatives.
