A step by step guide to CompleteView installation and updates.

Configuring CompleteView on your PC

These instructions are only applicable on the Windows Operating System.

  1. In Google Chrome or Firefox, select the CompleteView version, below, based on your processor. This is typically the 64-BIT version.

  2. Download, run, and install the Video Client.
  3. Once installed, create a shortcut on the desktop for the Video Client.
  4. Open the Video Client.
  5. You will be greeted with a screen asking for your username and password.
  6. Enter the username and password.
  7. Check "Auto-logon."
  8. Check "Use Configuration Server." The server address will either be "" or ""
  9. Put a check in the box for "Check for New Client Version."

Updating Video Client

Our WebWatch servers undergo occasional updates to provide customers with a stable service and new features. When the servers are updated, the PC will sense this and ask to be updated to the newest version. To do this, please do the following:

  1. Close out of the Video Client program.
  2. On the desktop, left click on the video client icon once to select it.
  3. Right click the video client to display the dropdown box.
  4. Select "Run as Administrator."
  5. A UAC box will appear asking if you want to allow the application to make changes to your device, click yes.
  6. When the Video Client launches, it will ask if you want to download and install a newer version. Since this was ran as an administrator, the program is now successfully updated.
