Exclusive Televised Debate on North Dakota Initiated Measure 4

Join Gary Emineth, former Republican State Party Chairman and host of Open Range on BEK TV, for an in-depth debate on Measure 4, one of the most controversial issues that North Dakota voters will face this November.
